WHO ARE FLAT MONTHLY?

Flat Monthly is an online marketplace for condominium and apartment rentals in Asia. We distribute and market agents properties, helping them secure leases and reduce vacancy periods on their property portfolio.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Each property is slightly different, so please check each properties specific inclusions and exclusions. Cleaning, laundry, drivers, etc are available at extra cost and can be arranged at time of booking or after you have moved in.

HOW DO I SEARCH?

Type anything in the main search box – an area of the city, a type of property, any feature you are interested in. Select your dates and condominium size, save your selection and search.

Alternatively, you can use the map to search by area. Click to expand the map, then click on “Search by point” and click on the area you are interested in.

Properties within that search area will then show on the map as flags that you can click on for more details.

HOW LONG CAN I STAY?

Each property and landlord has different minimum stay requirements, so you will need to search and filter to match your needs . In general however, minimum stays are monthly (30 nights). Additional, nights, weeks and months can be incrementally added and paid on a prorata basis. In general there is no maximum stay period, and we have many case of stays of 1 to 3 years.

HOW DO I BOOK?

HOW MUCH DO I PAY UP FRONT?

To secure a booking, we typically require at least the first months rental as a booking deposit. Each unit and city can be slightly different, but the payment plan and timing is available on the booking page of each property, so please choose your property and dates of stay for the property you are interested in to see the exactly payment plan.

CAN I CONDUCT COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES IN THE PROPERTY?

If you plan to largely “work at home” in the apartment, it is not an issue. More serious commercial activities that might disturb residents is generally not allowed however.  If you necessary you can requested exemption  in writing and Flat Monthly will arrange approval with the property owner and juristic office.

WHEN DO I PAY THE CLEANING FEE?

Weekly cleaning is included in the total cost of your stay. Should you require additional cleaning (daily, bi-weekly etc.) this can be arranged by Flat Monthly and billed to your credit card.

HOW DO I CANCEL A BOOKING?

Please send an email to [email protected] to notify us that you wish to cancel. Once processed, you’ll then receive an email from Flat Monthly to confirm the cancellation.
