On top of that core accommodation service, we provide virtual concierge services like housekeeping, laundry, wifi technology and on call maintenance services. HOW LONG CAN I STAY?

HOW DO I BOOK?

Most of our properties can be booked instantly, so you can confirm and pay for your booking through our website flatmonthly.com

HOW MUCH DO I PAY UP FRONT?

To secure a booking, 100% of the cost of the stay is required up front. However, if you are staying more than a month we can debit your credit card in fixed periods (nightly, weekly, monthly) in advance.

CAN I CONDUCT COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES IN THE PROPERTY?

No, Unless requested in writing and Flat Monthly response in writing after consultation with the property owner and juristic office.

WHEN DO I PAY THE CLEANING FEE?

Weekly cleaning is included in the total cost of your stay. Should you require additional cleaning (daily, bi-weekly etc.) this can be arranged by Flat Monthly and billed to your credit card.

HOW DO I CANCEL A BOOKING?

Please send an email to [email protected] to notify us that you wish to cancel. Once processed, you’ll then receive an email from Flat Monthly to confirm the cancellation.
